A friend gave me her version of Baked Sausage and Potatoes. I tweaked it and made it work for my family.
The first time I made this recipe, my husband and kids scarfed it up! I didn’t think my boys would like it but they ate one bowl and then went for more. I can’t say I blame them, though, because the potatoes are super soft and the sausage is full of flavor!
A meal that takes less than 10 minutes to prep is something I am all for! Baked Sausage and Potatoes cooks for up to an hour in the oven, but I don’t have to stand in the kitchen mixing and flipping.

ENJOY!
We like green beans, so I add them almost every time I make Baked Sausage and Potatoes. But if your family doesn’t like them, swap ’em out for any veggie you want or leave out the vegetables all together.
Would you make Baked Sausage and Potatoes? Which veggie would you add?

Tim would love this. He is a potato and meat kind of guy. He doesn’t really get into fancy and don’t even bother with Thai, sushi, indian. Catch my drift?

Sounds a LOT like my dad! 😉 I think this would be a big hit with Tim!

I’m pinning this, because I am definitely going to have to try it. I’ll have to make the veggies on the side, though, because there’d be no way I could get my kids to eat it if they’re combined. Sigh, crazy kids.
