About 9 months ago, I started exercising and eating better with the intention of losing weight. I’ve lost about 30 pounds but, to reach my ultimate goal, I need lose another 40. I don’t deprive myself of the foods I enjoy but do eat them less often and often modify them. Using Kellogg’s® Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat 10 Ct, I made breakfast waffle tacos! They are a breakfast solution for those of us trying to stick to our 2019 goals but LOVE breakfast tacos.

The eggs, bacon and cheese provide me with a good source of protein, too. Breakfast waffle tacos make for a wholesome, filling breakfast which I’ll gladly serve myself and my family any day of the week!
