**Full Disclosure: Thank you to Sam’s Club for sponsoring today’s post and helping me get ready for tailgating this Football Season. All opinions are my own.
It’s officially football season! While my husband and I like football, we don’t have favorite teams. I pick teams to cheer for based on the color of their uniforms and he roots for everyone on the field! And, even though we don’t have a favorite team, my husband and I think tailgating parties are fun because we get to spend time with friends and enjoy the food! We mostly tailgate at our home – rather than in a parking lot. (It’s just a whole lot easier that way for those of us with kids.) Sam’s Club has all the tailgating essentials we need for a great party!
Tailgating Essentials:
1. Television – Of course, you can’t have a tailgating party without a TV, right? How else would you watch football?! A 65″ Samsung LED 1080p 3D Smart HDTV would be perfect for watching the game!
2. Chairs – This might be a little silly, but the thought of standing for an entire football game doesn’t sound all that appealing to me so chairs are definitely a tailgating essential.
3. Coolers – Having something to keep your beverages cold and easily accessible is crucial. After all, sipping a warm drink (water or otherwise) isn’t that refreshing. A cooler is also a great way to keep refrigerated snacks cold.
4. Food & Beverages – There are so many great game-day food ideas but one of my favorites is Frito Pie! The Wolfgang Puck 10-Cup Digital Multicooker is a great option for making this meal. It’ll keep the chili and/or cheese warm. The chips, Hormel Chili (No Beans) and Velveeta Cheese, make for an easy and delicious meal. You can save on plates by using individual chip bags as the bowl!
What are your tailgating essentials?

I don’t watch a lot of football but love to go to parties to hang out and enjoy good food. If the Seahawks are playing I tend to root for them since they are the team from my state. You have to have soda, chips and dip. Wings are good too.
