**Full Disclosure: As a proud Sea World 2015 Wildside Blogger, my family and I were provided with season passes. I was not asked to write about my experience. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
My family and I spent last Saturday at Sea World San Antonio. We were checking out the new Seven Seas Food and Wine event – and it was awesome! The festival offers 8 sip & sample stops, including: Mediterranean, Greece, North Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, South Atlantic, North Pacific and Pacific.
The Seven Seas Food Festival is included with any Fun Card, Pass or daily admission to the park. Individual tastings are available for purchase separately. We had the Food Wine & Brew Sampler which allowed each of us to select 3 foods and 3 drink samples. (Note: You can use your food options for dessert.) While I think the sampler pass is the way to go, you don’t have to go that route. You can purchase menu items individually from each station.
My favorite sample was the Polenta Bolognese from the Mediterranean (Italy) station. So much so, that I am working to re-create the recipe to share with you here!
While we were there, we watched the Cooking with Coke demo. We saw Chef Sam and he taught us how to make (essentially) pulled pork sandwiches with a fruity slaw topping. The demo is free, but reservations are required on a first come, first serve basis in the park.
You’ll see local and celebrity chefs show you how to master unique recipes prepared with products of The Coca-Cola® Company.

We love, love, love Sea World. You are so lucky that you live near one and can go all the time. We have relatives in San Diego, so whenever we go visit them, we always get tickets for Sea World 🙂

Sounds like a great event. I don’t make it to too many SeaWorld Orlando events anymore.
