When C and I were at the grocery store earlier this week, he said he wanted corn. And when it’s 5 for $1, who am I to deny him!?
I love corn on the cob – roasted, boiled, it doesn’t matter. Just the thought of the sweet crispness of corn makes me drool! However, my husband is not the world’s best grill master (sorry honey!) so we rarely BBQ. And then THIS happened – OVEN ROASTED CORN:

Ingredients
- Corn in the husk
- Butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Rinse the corn (in the husk) to get rid of any dirt residue. Put the husked corn directly on the oven rack and bake for 30 minutes, turning them at 15 minutes. Remove and ENJOY!
It looks AMAZING, doesn’t it?! Let me tell you – IT IS! We all scarfed down our corn and somehow, we had one leftover (I am saving it for tomorrow’s lunch).
