Mom won a GRAND PRIZE package to go see the Cotton Bowl, so we flew up to Dallas, TX, stayed with my sister (rather than at a hotel) and got to go have SO MUCH FUN watching Arkansas play Kansas State!
It was awesome! We had great seats (this was taken with a zoom lens) and even though K-State lost (29-16, if I remember correctly), MOM had a winning night. During all the pre-game warm up stuff, the jumbotron had a contest – text XYZ to this number and you could win a new AT&T phone. So Mom and I both texted. At the beginning of the 4th quarter, Mom checked her phone – and she WON!
