Let me start off by saying SORRY! I am sorry I didn’t have a post for last week. I lost my mind while I was getting ready to head out of town for a conference.
BUT! I am back! This week Colin made Gorton’s Wicked Good fish tacos for breakfast. I’ve said it before, but I don’t eat seafood (of any kind) so when my husband and/or kids want it, they have to make it! I don’t usually cook fish, but because I was the only one around to help, I assisted Colin with his breakfast. For the most part, he did it on his own!

My boys love fish tacos, but I was a little surprised when Colin asked if he could have them for breakfast! I really believe in picking my battles, though, and Gorton’s fish is full of ‘good for you’ stuff, so why not?!
Do you like seafood? What’s your favorite way to eat fish?

Hmm I just don’t know if I could eat fish tacos. Although made with Gortons I may. Interesting breakfast choice there, buddy!
