School is almost out which means it’s time to start thinking about the snacks I’ll serve my kids during the summer months. Of course I want something healthy, but I also want things that they can help make and that are fun to eat. Brie Bites are just that!
Brie Bites are a delicious snack that are quick and easy to make. They are made with just 3 ingredients and an appetizer anyone would enjoy! (My husband devoured them! He couldn’t get enough of the tasty little treats!)
Kids in the Kitchen: Brie Bites {Appetizer #Recipe}
Ingredients
- 1 package of Filllo shells
- 1 package of Brie cheese
- 1 package of Craisins
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-
Put the Fillo shells on a baking sheet.
-
Cut the Brie into squares & put one square in each shell.
-
Add 1-3 Craisins to the top of each piece of cheese.
-
Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
-
ENJOY!
The fillo shells can be found in the freezer section of your grocery store. I love the little punch Craisins give this snack, but you could leave them out just as easily.
What occasion would you make Brie Bites for?!
Did you have fun in the “kitchen” this week? Did you try a new food or a new kid friendly restaurant? Did your little ones use their snacks to count to 10? We invite you to share your experiences, photos, stories or recipes that include your #kidsinthekitchen!
