A few weeks ago, Cat from Food Family Finds, posted a really delicious looking recipe for Baked Parmesan Ranch Chicken Nugget Bites and I knew I had to make them. I will warn you, Colin did an amazing job, but they don’t look nearly as good as Cat’s do! (But they tasted AMAZING!)
I diced up the chicken and Colin gathered the other ingredients while I did that.
After everything was out, Colin poured Ranch dressing into a bowl and started dipping the chicken. I mixed the cheese and bread crumbs so he could dip them.
*Note: I was out of Parmesan, so we replaced it with Feta cheese – delicious choice!
Colin was a fantastic helper and dinner was fantastic! I know we will make these Parmesan Ranch Chicken Bites again. You should definitely try them!
How do you serve your chicken?

I meal plan so I have all the ingredients, but they help me pull everything out and put it back. So in that sense, I don’t plan well!

Oooooo I love this idea, healthy and kid friendly. I get so tired of serving them frozen junk but my 3 year old likes about 5 things right now.

Tasty! We do the same with italian dressing and panko….and I put them on a cookie rack on top of a cookie sheet and they tend to get a little crispier. And now I want all of them!

My son is always thrilled to help out in the kitchen…even if it is just to help me clean up. But he definitely prefers to help cook and bake! I know that these Parmesan Ranch Chicken Bites would be a hit with the kids. They love finger foods.
