I wish I my teeth were a brighter white and not so crowded in my mouth. Like many, I am so critical of myself. Currently, I brush my teeth twice a day, floss once a day and use mouthwash once or twice a week. But for the next 21 days, I am going to work on making me feel better about the color of my teeth by adding an extra minute to my routine. I am excited!
I needed to pick up the LISTERINE products for the challenge, so I headed to Target!
Getting Colin to brush his teeth is no fun, so I grabbed the Avengers Smart Rinse. I am hoping that I can get him to brush so that he can use the Smart Rinse right after.
I was supposed to buy the LISTERINE Whitening toothpaste, but this location didn’t carry it. (I’ll be getting it a few days into the challenge.)
I am starting the 21-day challenge today – Monday, February 10. I will be brushing and flossing twice a day and using mouthwash at least once a day. Do you think I’ll be able to see a difference by February 20? How about at the end on March 3?
