**Full Disclosure: I received a gift card to purchase HoneyBaked Ham & sides. All opinions are my own.
Ham is the main course staple for Easter meals in my home. It is delicious and makes great leftovers. But preparing a ham takes time and energy, right? Not when you head over to The HoneyBaked Ham Company and pick up the size you want!
With Easter just a few weeks away, I wanted to beat the rush so I headed over to the HoneyBaked Ham location closest to my house (IH-10 West) and grabbed a 9.6 pound bone-in ham and potatoes au gratin. It was the easiest experience! There wasn’t a line – I just walked right up to the counter, told the employee I wanted a bone-in ham, she told me the sizes they had and asked which one I’d like.
My husband couldn’t stand to wait, so we made the ham & potatoes for dinner last Sunday. The ham was amazing, as if there was any doubt! I could have cooked the potatoes longer, but that was my fault.
We had a TON of ham leftover so I pulled it off the bone, diced it up and put it in a zippered baggie. I’ll be making Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Casserole with it tonight!
I’ll have to buy another HoneyBaked Ham before Easter!
