My husband told me the other day he was going to start calling me ‘inertia.’
For those that need a definition (like I did), inertia is the resistance of any physical object to any change in its state of motion, including changes to its speed and direction. It is the tendency of objects to keep moving in a straight line at constant velocity.
Why is he going to call me inertia? Because I am not a fan of change – not even when it’s for the better. I am stubborn and stuck in my ways.
But I need to do something about the way I feel when I look at myself in the mirror … and the way I fit in my clothes. That’s where Yoplait Greek 100 comes into play.
Most of my mornings go like this: I feed my kids, take them to school, come home and start chores (or run errands). I have an awful habit of skipping breakfast. If I do eat, it’s a sugar-laden cereal. I want to change that by making my breakfast of choice to be a 0% fat, 10-12g of protein, 100 calorie yogurt.
The thing about Yoplait Greek 100 is that it comes in over 20 flavors, so I shouldn’t get bored with it, right? And if I do, I can add something easy like fresh berries or granola to liven it up a bit.
I am excited at the idea of exchanging my non-existent or sugar-filled breakfast to something (Yogurt Greek 100) that is filling and healthy. I think I’ll increase my energy and metabolism and find more time to do things for myself – like exercising more often (which is already a goal!).
Have you tried Yoplait Greek 100? Which flavor do you think you’d like best?

Awww man! I can’t get this in Italy! *big sad face because Yoplait is my favorite brand of American yogurt. Just yummy! Kudos for you for trying to change.

I’ve not liked any Greek Yogurt I’ve tried except for frozen. I may have to try this, though, because Boston Creme Pie! Come on! That’s one of my favorite flavors 🙂

I’ve got a fridge full right now! I normally stick with simpler flavors because I like to add Yoplait yogurt to recipes.

I have not tried Yoplait Greek 100 but I’m going to. If they have that many flavors, there is bound to be more than one that I enjoy. And it’s full of protein so it’ll be good for me!

I love that it comes in so many flavours. I too get bored of the same thing over and over again.
