Last week I saw this recipe on Pinterest for Crispy Cheddar Chicken. It looked delicious and I figured my kids would scarf it up. I picked up everything I needed to make the chicken so the boys and I could make it on Monday.
James didn’t feel like helping so Colin and I headed into the kitchen to wash our hands and get started!
I cut the gross parts off the chicken breast while Colin smooshed the Ritz crackers. Next I poured milk into a bowl. Colin poured the Ritz and cheese into two other bowls. He dipped the chicken in the milk, then the Ritz & cheese and placed the chicken in the 9×13 baking dish.
I put the dish in the oven and we cooked the chicken on 350° for about 20 minutes.
I think we made 7 chicken breasts. There was only 1 left after dinner! James had 2 and Colin had 1.5! CRAZY! It’s been awhile since my boys have had seconds at dinner.
Have you ever made Crispy Cheddar Chicken?

I should really get my boys in the kitchen more to help me cook. This looks like a simple and good recipe, so maybe I’ll do this soon with them! 🙂
