It’s been a little over a week since I finished the #iHeartOmron challenge. I am still walking with a friend once a week, but I am floundering without some kind of accountable activity. I’ve joined the 2-week challenge – it starts today!! Also, I found a $19 Living Social deal for 20 aerobic kick-boxing sessions, so a friend and I will start that very soon.
I am super excited about doing the 2-week challenge. I’ve always been scared of them, but then I did the Omron challenge, and now I KNOW I can handle two weeks of working out! Two weeks doesn’t seem like much, however, it’s a manageable number that doesn’t make me feel overwhelmed.
How do you keep yourself accountable?
