We are taking the #21DayChallenge with #Listerine!

I am taking the Listerine Challenge!  I am excited to see what I can learn and how I can change my habits for the better.  Right now my oral care routine probably isn’t what it should be.  It goes something like this: As soon as I get up in the morning, I head to the bathroom to brush my teeth and then I get James out of bed for school (part of his morning routine is brushing before we leave).  In the evening, the kids’ bedtime routine includes brushing and flossing.  When it’s time for me to head for bed, I often brush my teeth first, but not always.  Flossing has never been my favorite because my teeth are pretty close together and I can’t get the floss where I want it.

Did you know that brushing alone misses 75% of your mouth? 

I really didn’t!!  What a scary number, though!  I will be taking more time to floss and use my mouthwash!  I will also watch my kids brush, floss and use mouthwash a little more closely.  The kids don’t fight me when it comes to taking care of their mouths, so I don’t think adding more time to their routine will cause any problems.

About the Challenge: 

The goal is to establish good oral care habits by incorporating brushing, flossing and using mouthwash twice a day to improve our oral health.  We will be using the Listerine UltraClean mouthwash in addition to other Listerine products.
