My family is crazy for RITZ®. We use the crackers at least twice a week in our house – for dipping in soup, eating chili, topping with cheese for snack time and so much more. RITZ® are a staple in our pantry.
Last week I forgot to put RITZ® on my grocery list so I didn’t grab any. When I started to pull out what I needed for snack, I realized I didn’t have any of our beloved crackers. After I picked up the boys from school, we headed to Walmart and picked up the Roasted Vegetable flavor. When we got home, they helped me prep the Warm Corn Dip.
Warm Corn Dip with Roasted Vegetable RITZ® Crackers #ad #PutItOnARitz
Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel sweet corn drained
- 1/4 cup sweet onion diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cheese any variety (I used cheddar)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- dash of paprika
Instructions
-
Leave cream cheese out for about 30 minutes to soften.
-
Preheat the oven to 350°
-
Mix all ingredients together (either in your baking dish or in another bowl)
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
-
Serve and ENJOY!
The boys and I enjoyed our snack dip by spooning it on top of our RITZ® Roasted Vegetable crackers. While we munched, we talked how we saw the RITZ® Truck at Walmart, their menu and how utterly cool the truck was!
We got to the RITZ® Truck before they were set up, so we waited around to try a sample. James, Colin and I all picked the No Melt ‘Ice Cream’ and it was amazing!
That sounds delicious! I have never tried a corn dip but I LOVE corn- and I love Ritz!
That would be gone in NO TIME in my house. It sounds seriously amazing.
I usually put PB in the middle and dip the “sandwich” in white almond bark.
I bet that if you crumbled up some Ritz crackers and put them on top of your corn dip and baked it for just a bit longer that you could call it a side dish. Yum!
This sounds really good. It is perfect for summer parties with friends and family members. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I have never had corn dip but I need to try it now – it sounds so amazing! We generally put veggie cream cheese and scallions on our Ritz but really, anything on a Ritz cracker is amazing!
That is a really neat combo of flavors. I would never have thought to combine them, but they look yummy!
Yum – corn dip! I’ve totally gotta try this. It sounds delicious!
Ritz Crackers are my jam! I haven’t tried the Roasted Vegetable, but I’m sure I will love them. Just don’t tell my family. I don’t want to share.
I love the whole-wheat Ritz – but they are all yummy! What a great recipe! Perfect for summer parties!
I need to try and make this dip. My boyfriend would love to snack on it on movie night!
That dip would be great for a potluck party. Thanks for the recipe! I love that truck!! So awesome!!
That recipe (and your photo) looks amazing. I want to make it for my kids tomorrow! I’m definitely saving this recipe.
I swear I could sit and eat a whole box of Ritz all by myself. Don’t tell anyone though – I don’t want to sound like a piggie. Your dip sounds really good. I’ll have to make it when the corn comes in later in the season.
Now that looks delicious! This would be perfect for the brunch I’m planning. Going to have to add it to the menu.
What a fun truck indeed! I’ve never tried corn dip but that sounds fabulous. My family loves RITZ as well 🙂
That dip sounds so good! And so does the “ice cream” Ritz. Who knew you could be so creative with your crackers?
