What’s the first thing you think of when you think of Orange Juice? What about Florida? Do the two go hand-in-hand? For me, when I think Orange Juice, I think Tropicana. For me, Florida and Tropicana Orange Juice go together.
I have been to Florida twice. In 1998 (… I think it was 1998!) I was a freshman in high school. I was in choir and we were headed to Florida for a competition. I really don’t remember the competition, but I DO remember that we spent about a week there. We went to Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom (if I remember correctly, it had just opened) and Universal Studios! The weather was warm, but I am from Texas, so it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle. It was amazing!
After I graduation (2001), my parents, sister and I took a two-week road trip to Dothan, Alabama, but we got to hit the panhandle of Florida, too! We played on the beach and visited historical sites. It was such a fantastic experience!
I love so many things about Florida … Disney, Oranges, the weather, the history … so,
Have you ever been to Florida? What’s your favorite thing about it?
