Tillamook Cheese Digital Cookbook Launch #Recipepalooza {#Giveaway} CLOSED

A few months ago, Tillamook Cheese asked if I would create a recipe – ANYTHING I wanted – and submit it for their Recipepalooza digital cookbook.

I played with all kinds of recipes, but decided that the Deep Dish Cheddar Apple Snickerdoodles were IT!  So I submitted my recipe.  I was even featured on the Tillamook blog.

Today Tillamook Cheese is launching their Recipepalooza Digital Cookbook!!  It’s a place where you can find delicious recipes.  You can also download (and print) a PDF!

    I love the good old mac and cheese. A friend makes it with lobster. I had never tried that and it was really interesting. The snickerdoodles look great.

    Scalloped Potatoes. Peeled Potatoes sliced or dices with loads of cheese, a little S&P, some butter and a splash of milk. Microwave for 25 minutes. YUMMY!

    We use cheese in so many recipes: Cheesy Potatoes and Broccoli Casserole come to mind. We also make a breakfast casserole with Bacon and four kinds of cheese. Our favorite way to enjoy Tillamook cheese, is just by the chunk or slice (or grated for tacos)

    So many great cheese recipes!
    – toss cauliflower with oil and spices, roast in oven, and when almost done, top with cheese (I like something like smoked cheddar) and bake until cheese starts to brown
    – modified bruschetta – toast a baguette, cover with pesto, tomato slices, and mozzarella cheese, bake until warm/cheese is bubbly!
    – paninis – sourdough bread from panera – butter on both sides – use smoked gouda, carmelized onions, tomatoes, and pesto – cook in panini!

    Oooooh–I love lots of cheesy recipes. I guess something Tex Mex would be mt favorite–cheesy chicken enchiladas are yummy!

    My favorite cheese recipe is Macaroni and Cheese with stewed tomatoes. My grandma use to make this when I was a kid. I wouldn’t eat it then. She would laugh finding out it’s now a favorite of my husband and myself.

    My favorite cheesy recipe is anything topped with cheese, which spans everything from pizza to casserole to baked potatoes.
