I miss having my workout and weight loss buddies living near me. I do have a friend I work out with now and then, but we live 30 minutes apart so it’s not super convenient.

I think this is great. It really does make the time go by and makes it so much more fun. Over the years my workout buddies have varied, but it’s always made the experience exponentially better.

I don’t have a work out buddy and I miss it so much. You really can tell a difference when you have someone to keep you accountable.

If I’m walking, I’d love to do it with someone. Otherwise I am a solo workout person or a class. I’m not fond of keeping someone company during weights or treadmill.
