Looking down instead of at – that is a great tip! I do that too kinda. I focus on the small areas. I also avoid mirrors and scales and focus on other things that tell me I’m doing great – like energy levels, progress on weights, how my clothes fit, length of time I can run – etc.

Yes! I did weigh-in and measurements today – and UGH! I didn’t like that! I feel good in my clothes (they are falling off) but the numbers make me feel like they shouldn’t be.

I lost all motivation a month ago with the pregnancy that didn’t stick. I’ll need to learn all your tricks from you once this baby comes in January. 🙂
