People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
So this month, my focus with Shaklee was to BE (more) ACTIVE! While my calendar has more on it, the schedule consists of running my kids here and there, playdates, movies and that kind of thing. There hasn’t been a lot of extra time for working out.
The summer doesn’t really seem to be slowing down so I’ve really had to get creative with my time and the ways I’ve been exercising. Check out my vlog for more about that! Even with the creativity, I need to find more time for ME.
I’ve been using the Shaklee 180 Turnaround Kit for about 90 days This month I gained one pound but with the way we’ve been eating, I am just glad it wasn’t more! This months measurements show I gained three inches on my waist. I don’t really buy that, though, because I bought new shorts and I am having a heck of a time keeping them UP!

I still am not enjoying the shakes. I haven’t been able to get the right texture. They are usually too thick I can’t drink them. However, the meal bars are still growing on me – I really like how convenient they are!

Can you add a little water to the shakes and cut down on the thickness of the shakes? I love smoothies and shakes for quick meals but bars are super convenient too!

Consistency was always my biggest issue when I tried weight loss shakes. I could never get it right.

Hi Sara! Have you tried some of the blogger recipes? I use skim milk, Greek yogurt with water or almond milk. Always ice too! Happy to help ya out! Stay positive and keep up the great work!!
