People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
What am I learning from Shaklee 180 Program?
- I really just want to eat FOOD (but not the junky kind!) – not drink a shake or grab a bar.
- I am finding that I am craving salads. (Did I just say I crave salads?!) I am also trying new foods and adding more fruits & veggies to my diet.
- I WANT to get up and MOVE! As much as I love to snuggle on the couch with the Mr., I have more energy and I want to get out and walk (I am not a runner!).
- I don’t think I am inspiring anyone except myself. But I am good with that, after all, this program was really about ME becoming a healthier (and skinnier) version of myself.
I’ve been keeping myself motivated (here’s how!) and moving though! I’ve become more consistent in working out at home with YouTube videos and I’ve been walking once a week with a friend. Sadly, my walking time is about to be cut out, though, as it’s about 80 degrees at 7am and school is almost out for the summer.
I’ve been using the Shaklee 180 Turnaround Kit for about 90 days So far, I’ve lost 9.8 pounds!! This month measurements show I lost two inches on my waist!
Note: Sorry for the horrible photos! I got this ‘cool’ new toy (light disperser) for my camera but the hubs and I haven’t figured it out yet!

I really can’t SEE much of a difference in these comparison shots which really makes me sad. I can FEEL a difference in the way my pants fit (or don’t) anymore, though!!

9.8 pounds that is a huge success and I can see it in your photos. I also crave salads. I will often add a small salad to my bar at dinner or cut up some fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and eat them with my smoothee because yes, I like food too! You’re inspiring me so keep it up!
