Baking relaxes me. My mood doesn’t much matter – when I am happy, sad or stressed, I head to the kitchen and whip up some delicious treat.
When I was sent a box full of Hershy’s Easter candies, I was ready to play!
This recipe was a success! These were AWESOME! I very easily could have eaten all 24 of these mini ROLO Stuffed Cookie Butter Treats. But, I refrained … barely!
ROLO Stuffed Cookie Butter Cookies #Recipe #BunnyTrail {Plus #Giveaway}
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cookie Butter
- 1 TBSP creamy peanut butter
- 2 TBSP softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 12-18 ROLO candies
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°

Throw all ingredients in your stand mixer. Mix until smooth and well-blended.

Spray a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Roll a spoonful of dough into a ball.

Place one ball in each section of the mini muffin pan. Push one ROLO into each ball of dough.

Bake for 19-21 minutes.

every easter, the girls get new easter dresses and we go to church in the morning. the adults make homemade easter baskets for the kids, and then we go egg hunting and have eater lunch and dinner. we do crafts with the kids, and then wash an easter related movie, or read easter related books.

It brings back childhood memories. My mother used to bake a similar cake every year and I loved to watch her create it!!
One of my favorite Easter traditions is spending the day with my large family at my grandparent’s house. We’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. When I was younger, whether we were going to church or not, I would always get a beautiful, fluffy dress and hat to wear on Easter. I love to carry on that tradition with my own children.
