I don’t usually make big resolutions because I can’t stick with them. Instead, I make small, easily attainable goals that I can stick to. This year, I have three goals: 1) say ‘yes’ to my kids more often, 2) increase my weekly walks to twice a week and 3) do more with SensiblySara but I can’t effectively reach my goals on my own. Ester-C is the product I am using to support my immune system while achieving my goals!*
Ester-C tablets provide the support you can count on all day! A daily dose (one 500mg tablet twice a day for adults) of Ester-C gets into your white blood cells, and stays there – for up to 24 hours.* Ester-C is stomach-friendly because it is specifically manufactured to neutralize pH, which means it’s non-acidic. Ester-C is free of yeast, wheat, milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).
I purchase Ester-C (currently on rollback!) at my local Walmart.
How do I plan to accomplish my goals? Let me tell you!
Saying ‘yes’ to my kids more often
I am going to think through my answer before I just pop out a ‘NO!’ I tend to say ‘no’ before I’ve even heard the whole question or statement. That can’t be fun (or good!) for them. I do think kids need to hear no and understand why it’s being said but I can’t usually give them a good reason for why I’ve said it. If I can’t say ‘yes’ to my boys, I will explain why I am saying no.
Increasing my weekly walks – this one sounds easy!
I try to talk walk once a week with a friend. We walk 4 miles and that hour is incredibly special to me. It’s a great way to exercise our hearts and mouths! However, we only walk when the weather is ‘perfect’ – that is, not too hot or too cold and not raining. I won’t walk those 4 miles alone, though, because it’s no fun to walk alone … and I’m a big chicken. So this goal really has two parts: 1) walk even if the weather isn’t ideal and 2) go twice every week! If I can’t talk this friend into walking twice a week with me, my plan is to walk on a busier trail so I will walk alone.
Do more with SensiblySara
This goal is not as easily accomplished as the other two because so much of ‘doing more’ is out of my hands and controlled by people that aren’t me. In any case, my plan is to provide more content, better my photography, network more with others and send out my newsletters more than once a month!
