We are a book-loving family. The boys have a book case in their playroom (4 shelves) and it’s STUFFED … and over-flowing! My husband and I have another book case in our bedroom and it’s also very full. We all enjoy snuggling up at reading a book before bed. I am always amazed by my kids’ imaginations and I love that books provide another outlet for that imagination.
Paper Hat Press offers custom-made books that inspire imaginations. I decided to review Little Super because Colin has been REALLY into super heroes lately and James is reading chapter books, so this wasn’t really a good fit for him.
About:
What I Loved:
- I LOVE that Colin was so into the book because it was about him – AND it included Bub!
- It comes with paper to make your own hat!
- I love that you can customize the child in the book – his/her hair, eye and skin color, his/her name, what’s special about the child, etc. LOVE that!!
- I love that any kid can become part of a story that fits his/her personality and style.
What I’d Change:
- I’d add chapter books to the collection for older kids.

I think your kiddos would LOVE these books … too bad you can’t put all of them in one book, though!
