**Full Disclosure: I was invited to Urban Bricks Pizza in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
My family and I have dinner at Urban Bricks Pizza at least once a month because we enjoy it so much! And then, every once in awhile, I’ll meet friends for lunch during the week. The restaurant is centrally located so it’s usually a top contender when we are deciding where to meet. I recently stopped in to sample a variety of paninis at Urban Bricks Pizza.
I ordered the Brickin Chicken, Turkey Hero and Meatball paninis but don’t worry, I didn’t eat all of these by myself! I cut them in thirds and split them with two friends. Every sandwich was amazing but, which cheese on the top and bottom of the panini, the Brickin Chicken was my personal favorite!
Urban Bricks also has a Caprese panini on the menu and a special Tuna panini available for Lent.
Paninis at Urban Bricks Pizza Menu –
The panini bread is made with Urban Bricks’ regular pizza dough. However, it is pre-baked in a meatloaf pan to get the shape and then shrink-wrapped for freshness. After you place your order and top your panini with unlimited toppings, the sandwich is put in the oven to melt the cheese and heat it up. Paninis at Urban Bricks are just $6.99 (or $8.99 for the gluten-free version). For a bit more, you can make it a combo which includes your choice of chips and a drink.
Urban Bricks Pizza hasn’t ever let me down and I’ve always thought their menu was pretty good but the paninis are a tasty addition! The panini has everything I already loved about their pizza but in an easy-to-eat sandwich.
Sensible Tip: If you are taking your sandwich to go and it doesn’t have cheese on both sides of the sandwich, get the drizzle on the side.
