I enjoy cooking (and baking) … and I really don’t mind doing the dishes that come with it! I easily do dishes at least three times a day. (Which means my hands can dry out very quickly if I am not careful about the kind of dish soap I use.) Palmolive Soft Touch is gentle on my hands and makes doing the dishes a piece of cake.
Palmolive’s new “Tough on Grease, Soft on Hands” formula has more caring ingredients to avoid that. The dish liquid comes in three great smelling varieties – Vitamin E, Aloe and Coconut Butter.
Palmolive Soft Touch comes in three varieties: Soft Touch with Aloe, Soft Touch Coconut Butter and Soft Touch Vitamin E.
I’ve been using the Soft Touch dish soap for about a month now and here’s what I think:
- My favorite is the Coconut Butter because the smell is so tropical and fun!
- My hands actually do feel more moisturized when I am using Palmolive Soft Touch. I don’t experience as much dryness or skin cracking.
- The Palmolive Soft Touch cuts through grease pretty well.
- I feel like I use more Palmolive Soft Touch than is necessary every time I do dishes.
I’ve used the new Palmolive dish soap to wash anything from grease-soaked bacon skillets to plates with just a few sandwich crumbs. It worked without fail for everything I tested!
Did you know:
- 93% of Americans say they wash dishes, cups, pots or pans by hand[1]
- 74 million Americans believe their skin is dry after washing the items in their kitchen sink[2]
- 22% usually feel like their dish soap dries out their skin[3]
- More than 51 million Americans who wash dishes, usually put on hand cream or lotion right after washing dishes to restore the moisture[4]
But It! Palmolive Soft Touch is available at your national chain stores and on Amazon.com.

This is about the only dish detergent I can use since I’m allergic to other brands.
