Over the Hedge #Movie #Review

Because last month’s Mommy Bear Media order was for myself – Jillian Michaels: For Beginners (Frontside/Backside Combo) – I thought it’d be nice of me to let my kiddos pick the movie this month!

This time around, they each picked two movies, we wrote the titles on slips of paper and my husband drew one from a bowl.

Over the Hedge it was!  I placed the order and just a few days later, it was in our mailbox!  (I just love that about Mommy Bear Media – delivery is ALWAYS very quick!!)

I think this movie is adorable!  Over the Hedge is a cute story about a raccoon who steals a bear’s food stash and then promises to rebuild his supply.

Our Thoughts: 

• Make sure your kids know that it’s make-believe.  There are a ton of scenes where the characters do “bad things” (stealing, lying, etc).
• The voice-over actors are awesome!
• It’s a funny movie – your kids (and you) will laugh often!
• My favorite part is the popcorn popping at the end.
