I am not sure where last week went. I weighed in last Sunday, the week FLEW by and then it was time for the final weigh-in (for this challenge). I stuck with my prepared salads for lunch and I made almost every meal. I got in all of my work outs, but had trouble getting in all of my steps. (OH! Some of the Mamavation girls are doing a 50 squats per day challenge, so I’ve added that to my daily workout!)
This week’s numbers (with the help of my husband):
- Application Weight (this was December, I believe) – 219
- Weight – 214.4
- Waist – 44.5
- Hips – 45 1/2
- Arms – 16 1/2 (L), 16 1/4 (R)
- Thighs – 26 3/4 (L), 28 (R)
- Chest – 39
- Bust – 45.5
Total weight loss (SO FAR): 4.6 lbs.
I can REALLY see a huge difference now! Look at these before/after photos up to this point:
To be completely honest, the before picture was taken in August right after I started a 5k discipleship class at church.
Twitter Party!! Come to the twitter party this Wednesday (2/20) and find out the winner of the competition is! I am so excited to hear!! (I am not counting on it being me, but you never know!) Our final numbers will be revealed at the #iHeartOmron #Mamavation twitter party on Feb. 20, 2013 from 8-10pm EST!! Make sure you RSVP here!
I really wish I would have made the 5lb mark, but 4.6 pounds down is better than nothing at all. Kim and Paula were my biggest supporters, and they will keep pushing me until I get to my end goal! I really couldn’t have done any of this without your support, too, though!
**Full Disclosure: This post is sponsored Omron Fitness as a collaboration with Bookieboo Blogging Network and Mamavation – a community dedicated to weight loss for women and obesity prevention for families. I was provided with product and compensation for my time and honest opinions.
