All of the computers & laptops in our home run Windows so I can’t imagine buying anything that doesn’t. The more I read about at the Microsoft Surface Pro, the more I think it is a great device for homework. Of course, there would have to be boundaries. Parental controls would be enabled and I’d have my son sign a computer contract.

I like the ultimate portability of a complete PC. It really seems to be the best of both worlds.
I have been shopping for a new pc on and off for a few months. My current desktop is corrupted and hubby and I have to share my older laptop. I have always used a Windows type of computer. I have had a few different brands. One I like on their website is the Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series 5565-i5565-2517GRY Signature Edition Laptop. I has good reviews, 4 stars, *GB & 1TB should fit my needs. The surface Pro tablet deal you mention is also a great deal too! I want to stick with a Windows product, because I am used to that format.
