Leading Lady {#Review and #Giveaway} CLOSED

I have two favorite bras.  I am sure you can imagine I have to time laundry cycles so that I always have at least one clean bra!  When I was offered the chance to work with Leading Lady, I was thrilled!  One of my favorites is from their line, so I was certain I wouldn’t be disappointed.

Typically, I wear wire-free bra styles because I don’t like the feel of wires.  That said, I decided on the Lace Cup Underwire Full Figure Bra in Nude Lace/Ivory because I wanted something lacy.

My Thoughts: 

  • I think the bra looks better in black (on the website), but I don’t wear much black, so I went the Nude/Ivory route.
  • I love that Leading Lady bras are affordable.
  • Leading Lady bras are sexy, but modest and beautiful!
  • My order arrived about 3 days after I placed it – MUCH quicker than I expected!
  • Sometimes lace can be itchy, and initially, I thought this bra would be the exception.  But by the end of the day, the lace on the bottom of the bra had rubbed my skin raw.
  • The inside of the bra is lined with super soft cotton (and a little spandex)!
  • This bra is nice – I just wish it were wire-free.  I love the fabric, but the wire makes the bra feel like it’s not where it should be.
  • I wish the Lace Cup Bra had a little more support.  It’s got great bones, but it needs a little more … sturdiness? on the underside of the cup.
  • Cleaning instructions say that this bra should be hand-washed and line dried.  I don’t hand wash or line dry anything so after washing (and drying) the bra on delicate cycles was fine.  The bra came out ready to be worn again!
