**Full Disclosure: I received A Well-Seasoned Kitchen for in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
I have a small collection of cook books – maybe 10 or so – of those, I have two favorites. A Well-Seasoned Kitchen is quickly becoming a favorite. There are a few recipes I won’t make because I don’t eat seafood but it’s easy to skip over those pages. Most of the recipes in the cook book have ingredients I already have on-hand.
I have the Corn & Chicken Chowder on my menu for next week. I can’t wait to try it!

I love cookbooks! This one sounds wonderful, and the timing perfect. I have a LOT of cookbooks but somehow I fall back on the same things over and over … Last night I started pulling out cookbooks as I am feeling the need for a little inspiration. I’m going to check out “A Well Seasoned Kitchen”.
