**Full Disclosure: I received a Hard Rock gift card in exchange for this post. Additionally, no celebrity or musician has endorsed the “Does Your Child Look Like a Rock Star” contest. All opinions are my own.
Downtown San Antonio is beautiful, but there are so many tourists and one-way streets that I tend to avoid it. However, there are a ton of good restaurants down there! Hard Rock is one of those eateries. They have a wide variety of American food choices on the menu.
In addition to being a great location for adults to dine, Hard Rock is child-friendly! Children who dine at Hard Rock Cafes worldwide are greeted with their own Hard Rock Roxtars activity book, themed menus, guitar-shaped plates and photo opportunities. (The plate has to be returned after their meal, but they are available for purchase in the gift shop.) As part of The National Restaurant Association’s Kids LiveWell program in collaboration with Healthy Dining, a mission and online resource that helps parents and children alike select healthy menu options when dining out, Hard Rock Cafes worldwide will offer healthier food options, such as Skiddley’s “Not-so-diddley” chicken breast and “Twisted ‘n tasty” cavatappi pasta.
