HEB challenged me to cook/bake one of the many recipes featured on their Holiday Meal Pin to Win Pinterest Board. Challenge ACCEPTED!
After scrolling through over 100 pins, I decided on the Mini Boston Creme Bites! Why? Because they look tasty but very easy to make!
The Mini Boston Creme Bites are SUPER EASY to create. The only change I made was baking at 325 degrees (for 19-24 minutes), rather than 350 degrees.
Make mini cupcakes (I added chocolate sprinkles to the batter), make pudding, frost, EAT!
