When the box of Gutzy Gear arrived at my house, my boys were immediately interested! They wanted to rip everything open and see what it was about. I told them no, as they had to wait for our PARTY!
I fed our guests pizza and then we played the Gutzy Missing Piece game. We turned it into a matching game which the kiddos really enjoyed, but they seemed to have a hard time knowing when it was their turn! (I guess that’s a sign of too much fun! :)) After that, we played Pin the Gutzy on the Backpack. Most of the kids hit right on the straps! Then it was time out to hand out the Gutzy! I passed out the straps, and then we put all the gutzies in a pile. The kids were allowed to pick 3 each from the pile.
We had such a great time with our friends and we enjoyed sharing Gutzy Gear with them! Two of our friends are home-schooled, so they didn’t have much of a need for backpack straps. I suggested that they use them on their car seat belts and they really liked that idea!
You can find Gutzy Gear at local retailers including Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart and Toys r Us!
