**Full Disclosure: This review was made possible by Double Duty Divas and Pampers. I was provided the featured product free of charge to facilitate my review, but all opinions are 100% mine.
A few weeks ago, my husband forwarded me an email invite for a baby shower that his work family was throwing for one of their team members. A few days later, he told me that his co-worker had the baby … six weeks early!
The hubs gave me her phone number and I called to see what she’d need to make things a little easier right now. She told me that the baby was still in the NICU and they really didn’t have anything (other than diapers) for him.
I headed to Babies R Us and bought all kinds of cute baby things:
Tiny onesies & pants, swaddle blankets, flannel burp cloths and gas medicine. These are all must-haves in my eyes because I would not have made it through the baby phase without them – especially flannel burp cloths, gas medicine and good diapers.
I was so excited to be able to do something nice for this new momma! It was fun to walk around feeling the soft baby clothes and trying to pick with cute things I thought she needed! I know giving the gift of sleep was much appreciated!
Pampers have been around for more than 50 years and they’ve devoted themselves to making diapers & wipes that help support the happy, healthy development of every baby! Pampers offer 12+ hours of overnight protection. A dry night means baby will more likely be more rested, less fussy and more contented the next day – fully ready to enjoy and delight in his parents’ love and relish their bonding experience together!
Did you know that Pampers Swaddlers, Pampers’ softest diaper and the #1 choice of hospitals, is now available through size 5. And, Pampers Cruisers are now more absorbent and offer Pampers’ best fit for all the ways babies play freely.
Typically, when someone I know has a new baby, I gift diapers and clothes in bigger sizes. In addition, I offer to give the gift of sleep by babysitting (during daylight hours!) at their house so the new momma can nap a bit.
How do you like to give the gift of sleep?
