I’m sick right now! I run my humidifier and use Vicks and take meds. I also make sure to drink plenty of water and use saline drops in my nose. I have to rest and make sure I wash my hands and disinfect.
Lots of rest, hot tea, chicken noodle soup, and I run my humidifier.
Take some robitussin, build and nest and hunker down until you feel better.
Take some Robitussin, turn on the humidifier, find a place to get comfy and watch some tv or sleep.
I read a book and drink a hot tea in bed after a steaming shower to feel better!

My Tips Are To Get Plenty Of Rest And Keep Hydrated By Drinking Lots Of Water.
My best tip I have for feeling better when I have a cough & cold is to stay hydrated. I drink hot tea, juices and water as much a possible when I have a cold 🙂

The most important things to me is sleep and drinking plenty of water to feel better!
When I’m sick I like to run a humidifier in my room, drink plenty of water and get as much sleep as I can.
I like to sit in front of a space heater. You almost forget that you are sick when that heat is blowing on you.
When I am not feeling well, I have chicken broth as a meal, drink plenty of water/fluids, sip on warm water & honey, wrap up in a fuzzy blanket and rest, rest, rest.
Get as much rest as you possibly can!
I personally drink hot tea with lemon, take vitamins and try and get extra rest.
I make sure to get my rest and take medicine.
Get rest, keep warm, soft fuzzy slippers and a cup of tea with a good book. Oh yes and Robitussin.

When I start to feel sick I put on my favorite flannel pjs and start drinking plenty of OJ.
My tip is to always have a humidifier running in the main room of your house and the bedroom! These always seem to ease the coughs in our house!
Hot showers, sleep, and lots of water. Age old advice (well, maybe not the hot shower!) but it bears repeating 🙂
