**Full Disclosure: I received Coppertone sunscreen products to facilitate my review. No other compensation was exchanged. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
South Texas is a bright and sunny place. It doesn’t matter if it’s the dead of winter or the middle of summer, odds are, you will need to wear sunscreen. Coppertone is one of my favorites. It’s my go-to brand for sun protection.
Last weekend we were at Sea World’s Aquatica. And then a few days later James had a field trip and took the sunscreen with him! It was the perfect time to put Coppertone Travel Size Lotions and Coppertone Sport Lip Balm to the test!!
What I Thought:
- I love how the sunscreen lotions don’t smell like sunscreen!
- They rub in easily and don’t make me feel like a big grease-ball.
- It covers well and lasts from application to application. (I am pretty consistent about reapplying every hour.)
- My kids (8 and 4) can apply the sunscreen with very little help.
- Seeing Water BABIES on a bottle really scares my kids off (they aren’t “babies” anymore!), so I like that there is a KIDS.
- The texture of the lip balm is nice – but after I put it on, my mouth feels like I chewed on metal. Though, I’d rather have that metallic taste in my mouth than sun-burnt lips!
