Colin has a 2-page list of allergies – dustmites, molds, trees, grasses, dog dander … basically anything airborne (and then a few food allergies). So it’s important that we keep the air in our home as clean as possible. In order to do that, we change our air filter every month, wash sheets at least once a week and vacuum twice a week or more. If, for some reason, the air filter doesn’t get changed, we can tell because Colin’s nose starts running, he starts sneezing and his eczema breaks out.

We have allergies here too, but we probably don’t change the filters as often as we should. It never even occurred to me that new filters might help!
