Coca Cola NCAA® Final Four Packs available at Walmart – near the refrigerated section at my store – come in three flavors: Cherry, Vanilla and Coke Zero.
Cherry Coke is my favorite Coca-Cola beverage! I enjoy drinking it, but I also love cooking/baking with it. I wanted to see what ‘manfood’ I could create my husband and his friends to enjoy while they watched basketball. Coca-Cola NCAA® Final Four Packs are available at Walmart are for 4 for $5. I picked up 1 Coke Zero, 1 Vanilla Coke and 2 Cherry Coke.
I made Vanilla Coke and BBQ Chicken:
In a large skillet, stir 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and 1 cup Vanilla Coke together. Add in chicken (3 or 4 breasts). Cook (covered) for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
It was tender, delicious and a big hit with my husband. I can’t wait to make it again!
You could use Coke Zero for this recipe, but I don’t recommend you use Cherry Coke.
And because every yummy meal needs a tasty dessert, I made Cherry Coke Cupcakes:

The cupcakes look delicious! I grew up drinking Vanilla Coke, so this brings back good memories. I have not had them in a long time and thought they stopped selling them. Now that I know they still sell them, I will go get some next time at the store!

I have heard of using soda to make cupcakes but never to make chicken. It looks good.
Crystal says
I made Coke cake pops recently with Vanilla and Cherry coke and they turned out so great, I was truly amazed! I’m sure those cupcakes are fantastic, too.
Katie says
I gave up pop for lent, but it’s not really drinking pop if you put it in a recipe, is it? Those cupcakes look so good!

I made Coca-Cola BBQ sauce once and that was delicious! I’d like to try one of those chocolate cakes with it in there too.
