My cats (Frank, Slim and Beast) love to climb. So when I received the Catty Stacks, I immediately found space for them. My husband and I were very excited about these cardboard boxes! I had them out of the box before I had a chance to even think about where to put them.
After I decided where I wanted the Catty Stacks, my husband put them together and then we played with the configuration. We settled on two boxes on the bottom, two in the middle and one on top. (We ended up giving one box to my parents for their cats.)
My cats are so in love with these boxes! Beast sleeps in or on the box at the top of the stack. Frank is fat, and I don’t think he feels comfortable climbing up, so he sticks to the two bottom boxes. You can take out a ring on the box to allow larger cats to access the box easier. We did that to the side holes on the bottom row. Slim doesn’t go to far without Frank, so she hangs out with him in the bottom.
Catty Stacks come with heavy duty paper clips so that they don’t slide around. We use those paper clips and clip a string (or two) to the box so the cats can play. Frank loves to bat the string from the little triangular opening. Beast would rather you pull the string so he can chase it, but he does enjoy batting it around once in awhile.
A friend even asked where I got the Catty Stacks because she thought her cat would love them! Any cat absolutely would – unless he (or she) is fat – then don’t make them climb up. Line them up on the floor!
Catty Stacks are made from 100% recycled cardboard and feature vegetable-based ink. Catty Stacks can be stacked and then attached to one another (using the provided clips) in any way you want to arrange them. The recycled cardboard units fit together to form a multi-level, multi-room home for your cat! You can purchase the boxes on the Catty Stacks website and each box will cost you $14.99. Catty Stacks offers $5 flat rate shipping.

Stella – my calico – is OBSESSED with boxes. If there is an empty box, she has to get in to it. I bet she would LOVE these!
