**Full Disclosure: I received the Budsies for review purposes. No other compensation was exchanged. All opinions are my own.
Have you every displayed your kiddos’ cute piece of art on the fridge for longer than you’d intended because you didn’t want to put it in a storage tub or in the trash? I have two tubs – one for each kid – full of art and projects. I won’t get rid of them because I want my boys to be able to make the decision to trash them when they get older.
Budsies can bring any piece of art to life in the form of a stuffed animal! Simply upload your photo, fill in the description and complete the order process. The hard part is deciding which piece(s) to create.
When I was asked to review Budsies, I was so excited by the possibilities! I gave both of my boys a piece of paper and colored pencils. Colin drew a ‘raccoon’ and James amazed me with the details of his creation.
James & Colin don’t know what I did with their drawings. They haven’t seen their Budsies yet because I am saving them for Christmas, but I know they will love them!
It took about a month (order to delivery) for me to get the Budsies package, but I think that is a reasonable amount of time! The stuffed animals are made from safe, hypoallergenic materials. Budsies is registered with the CPSC and have their products tested by a CPSC accredited independent testing laboratory. Each 16″ stuffed animal will cost $59.00 (+ shipping).
I think $59 is a little steep for a stuffed animal, but I love the concept and I love that my kiddos’ art is brought to life. If you can afford it, I’d definitely recommend Budsies!
