The weeks before Thanksgiving until after the new year are incredibly busy for my family. They are full of shopping, wrapping, food and parties.
Who has time to spend hours in the kitchen creating appetizers for those parties, though?! I sure don’t so I picked up Boursin® Cheese (now back at Walmart) in two flavors – Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese and Monterey Jack & Spicy Pepper Cheese Dip.
I think cheese balls are an essential holiday appetizer, so I used the Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese and peppered bacon to create a simple (but tasty) cheese ball!

This two-ingredient Boursin® cheese ball recipe is ready to serve in under 30 minutes! It will be a hit with everyone who has the pleasure of eating it!
Then I used the Monterey Jack & Spicy Pepper Cheese Dip to make cheese dip biscuits. OH BOY are you going to want to make these!
You’ll Need:
- Boursin® Monterey Jack & Spicy Pepper Cheese Dip
- 1 can of biscuits
- Baking Dish
Directions:
- Open the biscuit wrapper.
- Flatten the biscuits with your hands.
- Fill with Monterey Jack & Spicy Pepper Cheese Dip.
- Roll into a ball and seal the openings.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
You could fill the rolls with any flavor Boursin® cheese but these were perfect little appetizers with the Monterey Jack & Spicy Pepper Cheese Dip! I think it would be fun to serve the cheese dip biscuits as a side with lasagna or spaghetti, too.

I love the Garlic & Herb. My Mom got me started eating Boursin a long time ago.
