**Full Disclosure: As a member of the Stream Team, I was provided a Netflix subscription and promotional items. All opinions are my own.
The best thing about Netflix is that you can watch an entire season of shows without commercials or waiting a week for the next episode. This month I’ve watched a ton of cooking shows. There are several binge-worthy shows on Netflix for foodies!
Binge-Worthy Shows on Netflix:
- Worst Cooks in America
A group of culinary-challenged individuals is divided into teams. Two celebrity chefs teach the teams how to cook. One person will beat out all of their competitors. - Chopped
Four chefs call on their culinary skills as they face off against one another to prepare a spectacular three- course meal consisting of an appetizer, entree and dessert. The catch? They must use 4 basket ingredients no matter how crazy those ingredients are. - Cupcake Wars
In each episode, four of the country’s top bakers compete for a $10,000 prize in a cupcake-baking competition. The show consists of three rounds that are judged on taste and presentation. - The Great Food Truck Race
Specialty food trucks compete against each other for several weeks in different cities. Hosted by Tyler Florence. - Kids Baking Champion
Eight talented young bakers compete for the title of Kids Baking Champion. The show is hosted and judged by Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli. - Guy’s Grocery Games
Guy Fieri introduces 4 chefs and tells them the rules of the game. They each get their carts. Guy pretends to forget to tell them about the challenge. They have time ranging from 20 minutes to 35 minutes (usually 30 minutes) to shop, cook a dish and complete four platings (three for the judges and one “beauty plate”) before time runs out. - Cutthroat Kitchen
Hosted by Alton Brown, four chefs compete in a three-round elimination cooking competition. The contestants face auctions in which they can purchase opportunities to sabotage one another. - Food Network Star
Chefs compete for their own series on the Food Network. - Iron Chef America
A culinary game show where a new challenger chef competes against one of the resident “Iron Chefs” in a one-hour cooking competition based on a secret ingredient or ingredients, and sometimes theme.
Worst Cooks in America is my favorite of the binge-worthy shows on Netflix listed above!
