**Full Disclosure: I received the Pfister Aliante Faucet for review purposes. All opinions are my own.
My house is full of old things – and not the cool kind of old! Most of our faucets that are so decrepit that it’s hard to even use them. It doesn’t matter how much I scrub or what kind of cleaners I use on them. When I received the Pfister Aliante faucet, I couldn’t wait to install it!
I desperately wanted to put it in the master bathroom but we have two sinks in there and if I had done that, I would have had two different faucets. Installing the faucet on one side wasn’t an option and my kids really wanted the Pfister Aliante for their bathroom. Ultimately, that’s where it went. Colin had such a difficult time turning their faucet on and off that we still had a stool at the sink just to give him leverage.
So one Sunday when we weren’t doing anything productive, I asked my husband if he’d install the new faucet for the boys. My husband got to work and had our oldest son, James, helping. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. James did most of the install on his own – that’s how easy it was!
I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed but I cannot get the outline from the old faucet off the counter. I almost don’t care, though, because the Pfister Aliante faucet is just so pretty! Since installing this faucet, we’ve removed the stool from the kids’ bathroom because Colin can turn the water on and off without any trouble. We don’t use the drain plug very often but I love that it’s just a push button!
If you are looking for a new faucet, look at the Pfister Aliante. It comes in 3 colors to match any bathroom decor.
