Colin has horrible eczema so I really have to be careful when I purchase toiletries for him. The one that has worked so well was recently discontinued and now we are on the hunt for a replacement. When I was asked to review BabyHampton, I looked over the ingredients list and then said of course!
About BabyHampton:
BabyHampton was created by Kristen Peterson after she struggled to find a chemical free, safe and effective sunscreen to protect her two young children. The BabyHampton line launched in 2012.
The BabyHampton line includes the beach*bum sunstick ($14.99), the beach*bum sunscreen ($19.99) and the birthday*suit shampoo & bodywash ($16.99).
I haven’t used the sunscreen and sunstick on Colin yet, but that will be the first thing I grab as soon as we spend more than 5 minutes at a time outside! Let me tell you what I like about the shampoo & bodywash, though:
What I Like:
- The Shampoo & Bodywash lathers up SO nicely! It’s thick without being too thick.
- The formula is chemical and fragrance-free. Even with ingredients like aloe, thyme, sage, chamomile and rosemary, there scent is barely detectable. (I have noticed that most fragrance-free products aren’t actually fragrance-free and that’s something that bothers me.)
- It is certified organic. I am not a ‘everything has to be organic person’ but when it comes to keeping Colin’s eczema under control, organic works best.
- I LOVE that BabyHampton is made in the USA!
BabyHampton are definitely organic baby products I’d keep in my home!
Does BabyHampton sounds like something you’d try on your kiddos?

Thanks so much for sharing. I’ve been looking for a sunscreen that could fit in my purse without worrying about it exploding all over and ruining said handbag – looks like the BabyHampton sun stick will solve my problem!
