My Mom makes AMAZING spaghetti and meatballs. It doesn’t matter how often I try, I CANNOT duplicate it.
This week, I was looking for something new to add to our weekly menu and I have decided to take the same meatballs I loved growing up. However, I wanted to and change it up a bit so I decided on Meatball Subs! (Doesn’t that sound good?!)
Meatball Recipe:
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- chopped onion
- 10 crackers (saltine, Ritz, your choice) – crumbled
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
**NOTE: Mom uses a dash of cayenne pepper, but I didn’t have any on hand, so I didn’t use it.
- 4 cans of store brand tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- parsley
- seasoning blend
- garlic powder
- onion powder
