10 Songs to Listen to While Sitting in Traffic

I’m usually a pretty patient driver but, like most drivers, I despise traffic. Especially when there doesn’t seem to be a legitimate reason for it. I don’t sit in traffic too often because I don’t really drive during high-traffic times but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to listen to good music when I am sitting in an un-moving car!

With a CD player that doesn’t want to let go of the disc I have in, I have to listen to my phone or the radio. I like listening to the radio but it never fails that I hear the same songs over and over again and that drives me crazy! I plug in my phone and listen to my personalized playlist. There are so many great songs to listen to while sitting in traffic but I wanted to share my top ten, in no particular order.

Like I said, these are my current favorite traffic songs but there are so many songs that could be added to my traffic playlist. I have a playlist for songs I sing along with, another for just Disney music and another for hymns. Of course, a lot of my music is on multiple lists.

I don’t care much for incredibly loud music but when I’m stuck in traffic, I turn up the volume and get lost in the songs. It passes the time in a much more productive and relaxing way!
