**Full Disclosure: I test-drove the 2016 Kia Sedona for seven days for review purposes thanks to Drive Shop. No compensation was received. All opinions are my own.
If you had asked me a few weeks ago if I was a van girl, I would have said ‘no way!’ But then I drove the 2016 Kia Sedona SX-L for a week.
OH my, is it a fantastic drive! While I think the Kia Sedona is still pretty ‘van-ny’, I really liked the feel of the vehicle. Each time I got in I felt like I was driving a long car with a roomy and spacious interior! My kids loved how the back of the van made them feel like they were in a luxurious house with a movie room!
They were even able to kick their feet up.
We could move the second row seats around to make more space to get through to the third row. But pulling the seats out made it so my kids couldn’t reach each other as well.
The Kia Sedona took my family and I (okay, mostly me) to a media event, eye appointment, PTA meeting and free LEGO mini-build.
It didn’t matter what I was doing, I had space or seating for the task at hand! The third row could be put down to allow for extra cargo space. Or I could put down 1/3 of the row.
The 2016 Kia Sedona starts at $26,400 which allows you to say YES! to a new van!
We aren’t ready to purchase a new vehicle and I’m still not convinced I’d be a ‘van girl’ but I loved the functionality and features of the Kia Sedona. It would definitely make road-tripping easier!

We looked at Sedonas when we were looking for a third-row vehicle. Alas, I went with an SUV. The Sedonas are nice but I just can’t do a mini-van.

Nice looking van! I definitely need something just like this for me and the kids.

I thought I wouldn’t love a van until I bought one. Now I’m hooked. The Sedona looks sooo great.

I drive a van every day and don’t like it, but I took a Sedona for a weekend and it was ah-mazing. I felt like I had a luxury vehicle.

No, I’ve never driven a KIA vehicle before. They look really nice though and like a great vehicle.
