**Full Disclosure: I received an HEB gift card in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
We have participated in HEB’s summer reading program since James was old enough. This year, though, HEB has a new program – the 3, 2, 1 for Summer Fun! It still includes reading, but they are challenging kids to try new things as well!
It’s really simple:
- Download the log
- Read three times a week (you can read to your kids if they don’t know how yet)
- Visit two fun places
- Try a new fruit or vegetable each week
Log your child’s progress and submit their completed log for a certificate and an entry into a drawing for other prizes!
Once the kiddos have finished the challenge, mail the completed form (by August 31, 2013) to:
H-E-Buddy 321 for Summer Fun Challenge
10530 Sentinel
San Antonio, TX 78217
Is the 3-2-1 for Summer Fun challenge something your kids will participate in?!
**NOTE: Please allow 4-6 weeks for fulfillment. Open to Texas residents only 0-12 years old. Only one form per child. While supplies last.

The HEB reading challenge is one of our favorites because the it’s also for pre-school kids. We love it at our house!
